The organization has been in existence since 2019. The overarching plan and purpose are to impart top-notch management consultancy, real estate consultancy, and impart executive management training. As stated earlier, the organization also provides real estate services such as home buying, selling, and renting services. In addition to these services, the organization also offers individual and business tax filing services to its service-seeking clients.

Short term and long-term strategic plan and policies
- The short-term plan includes training on leadership and management subjects for not more than seven days.
- The long-term plan includes training for more than seven days, such as 15 days and 30 days, etc.
